About Me	Joined the Seabees in 1962, went to Vietnam (bummer), dischared from active duty in San Francisco in 1967 Summer of Love (definately not a bummer), became a not-so mild mannered reporter for the Portland Press Herald, quit,went to school for while, quit, went back to work for the Press herald, fired for a broad range of improprieties, went back to school, agitated for a bunch of hippie stuff, got a BA in History which has remained virtually useless, got a Law Degree which many see as the same, somewhere in there married Liz Bishop from Presque Isle who has been a long suffering best friend for the past 38 years, had two kids, Nicole, 28, who graduated 2nd in her class in high school and has a degree in molecular biology and biochemistry from BU thinks calculus is fun ( all of which is genetic improbability from either side of the family, and Peter, Jr., 18, who is still indulging in a Summer-long graduation party and has no idea what he's going to do with his life (I knew there was going to be some sort of pay-back somewhere along the line), worked for several years in municipal goverment as a Code Enforcement Officer, Planner and Town Manager, practiced law for the past 20 years, live on a dirt road on 20 acres of land in a broken down trailer where we...(read more)
