I have been a friend, I became a friend in our 7th grade South Gate Junior High School, I wanted people in our class to know and hear about the great things that He accomplish with his life growing up in South Gate
Community and the people that touched his life that help form a man that he became, and most of all the most successful businessman that Southgate high school probably ever produce.
And the city of Sperry California there’s a development called West Maine village, Joe was one of the owners and the developers of this 290 unit complex value over 350 million, he is also a so owner of a mobile home park in Northern California that has over 300 spaces that he rents out to homeowners or mobile homes.
He passed away six years ago on his birthday , march 16 of 2019 ,
He was married, had a beautiful, wonderful wife, and he was blessed with five kids of his own.
