(1989-1993) Edwin has been stationed at: • Fatema Marine Airfield , Okinawa, Japan • Camp Pendleton, CA • Camp Lejuene, NC • Mogadishu, Somalia, American Embassy • Multiple locations in Southwest Asia Military Awards His military awards include the National Defense Service Medal, Sea Deployment Ribbon, Southwest Asia Service Medal (W/3*), Combat Action Ribbon (w/3 stars), Kuwait Liberation Medal, Navy Unit Commendation, Meritorious Mast, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal and Joint Meritorious Award. For four years beginning in 1999, he worked in companies such as Merrill Lynch in Investments, USAA as a Financial Analyst in the Mutual Funds department, and Surlean Foods as a Cost Accountant. From 2005 to 2007, he has worked in the Aerospace Industry in companies such as Lockheed Martin and Boeing in San Antonio, as a Financial Analyst, participating in programs such as C17, KC10, KC135 and E4B and specializing in areas of budgeting, forecasting and trend analysis.
