About	Mary E. (Mullen) Marcotte, 55, of Somerset, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at the Hope Hospice & Palliative Care Center in Providence. She was the wife of thirty years to James L. Marcotte Sr. Mary was born in Fall River, the daughter of Richard S. Mullen of Somerset and the late Roberta M. (Borden) Mullen. She was a graduate of Somerset High School Class of 1978 and then earned her Bachelors degree in English from Marymount College in New York. Mrs. Marcotte worked for the Internal Revenue Service as a Senior Stakeholder Liaison for twenty eight years. Mary was a communicant of Saint Patrick Church in Somerset and sang with the folk group at the church. She enjoyed attending plays at PPAC and spending time with her family and traveling. Survivors besides her husband and father are a a daughter: Christine M. Marcotte of Somerset; a son: James L. Marcotte Jr., of Somerset; two brothers: Stephen R. Mullen and his wife Jody of Somerset; and Michael P. Mullen and his wife Nancy of Westport; along with several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Susan A. Senechal.
