About Me	After high school, I attended Alabama St. University where I received a B.S. degree in Music Ed. with a minor in English. I accepted a position as band director in the Richmond County School System, Augusta, Ga in 1979, working at Langford Jr. High School and the Academy of Richmond County High School. I relocated to the Atlanta area in 1990 where I served as Band Director at McNair Jr. and Sr. High Schools. In 1996 I was promoted to an administrative position and have worked at Lithonia, Redan and King High School as an administrator. I am currently married to the former Chiquita Foster and have 6 sons: Thomas, II, 23, James, Jr. 20, Matthew, 14 (previous marriage), Ivan, 9, Jordan, 5, and Michael, 2.
