| About Me | I married and had kids young. The man I married was an abusive police officer. We divorced after 6 yrs and I was on my own with 3 babies. They were 5,4, and 1 when we split. It was hard and stressful but thanks to my wonderful parents and church family I made it thru. I got a job at a truck stop in tye tx. That is where I met a very sweet man, Vance, he was nervous about talking to me and I thought he was too good looking for me to date....my ex destroyed my self esteem....Vance shyly slid me his phone number and took off out the door. He thought he was a chicken, but it was the sweetest thing!! He came to my house for our first date and we watched a movie and talked till 5 am. I knew he was the one that night. God brought him into my life, I don't believe in fate. God has a purpose for us and we try hard to follow His plan. I thank God everyday for bringing Vance into my life when he did.
