About Me	Attended UNC for nearly 8 years as a working single mother to obtain 2 BAs, a teaching certification, and begin work on my master's. Taught in Wray, CO for three years where I met my second husband, Joe Prentice. Moved to the Front Range, hoping to teach at Skyline. Ended up at Broomfield High for a year instead. Went to Alameda after that where I ran the Forensics program and the yearbook staff as well as taught English. Now I'm at Pomona High in Arvada teaching only English after coaching Forensics here for four years. My two daughters, Ryan (a senior at Pomona) and Jordan (a second grader this year) are my true loves.
