Army, 4 Years
SGT Aaron K Kramer enlisted in the army after graduation in 2006. He was with 101 airborne stationed at Fort Campbell. He completed Ranger Training in 2009. He served on deployment in Iraq and deployed to Afghanistan in 2010. He was KIA Sept. 16, 2010. WE WILL NEVER FORGET.

Gregory Shepard

Master Sergeant Gregory Shepard is currently serving in the U.S. Air Force as a pharmacy technician. He is the Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of the Pharmacy Flight at the 90th Medical Group at F. E. Warren AFB in Cheyenne, WY. Prior assignments include 9 years at Hill AFB and 2 years at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. In 2005 and 2007 he was selected Air Force Space Command Pharmacy Senior Noncommissioned Officer of the Year.

Served on the USS Fulton, AS-11, a submarine tender (repair ship) in New London, CT, and the USS Harold J. Ellison, DD-864, a destroyer based at Philadelphia Naval Shipyard, as an Interior Communications technician (IC). On active duty from 1976 to 1982, I served six more years in the Naval Reserve, with weekend drills and active duty periods at Pearl Harbor, Alameda, and San Diego, and aboard the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson, CVN-70. For my last two years in the reserve I switched from IC to PH (Photographer).

Joining the reserves before a war breaks out is always a good idea, although during boot camp I thought I had really screwed up. Now I wouldn't change a thing. Great experience wonderful stories and it actually help pay for college as advertised.
