| About | Johnson City, NY - Carole Ann Kelly, 80, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday November 25, 2025 with her children by her side, following a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her children: Mary Kelly (Clint Searles), Christina Kelly Frantz, Kevin Kelly, Julie Kelly McClain (Todd), Sean Kelly and Brandon Kelly (Laura), seven grandchildren: Kamrin, Mariah, Madison, Jordyn, Ava, Gage and Payton, two great-grandchildren: Arkyn and Raider and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Charles Kelly, her parents Edward and Mary Corey, and her brothers Alan, James and Jeffrey Corey. Carole graduated from Skaneateles High School in 1963. She went onto the Binghamton General Hospital Nursing Program and worked as a RN at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital for 20 plus years. She was a dedicated nurse, always making sure that her employees and patients were treated with respect. After her retirement, she continued to work as a Private Duty Nurse. She was an active member of the Living Church of God. Carole devoted her life to her family and her faith. Whether it is an invitation to a gathering, a sporting event of one of the children or grandchildren or a simple game night at home, Carole was always the happiest being with family. She made sure to make the most of memories for her family with vacations, day adventures to the park, Kamp Kelly camping or just a daytime get away. She enjoyed cooking, reading, crafting, mentoring others and attending church. She will be remembered for her kind, caring, giving, adventurous spirit and her unwavering devotions to her family and friends, but mostly for the countless lives she has touched over her 80 years. She often told others how blessed she was and made sure that her family knew they were her greatest blessing. The family extends a heartfelt thank you to all the physicians and nurses who cared for her during her terminal condition and to all the friends and family who have reached out with countless thoughts and prayers for our family during this difficult time. She was a one of a kind and if you were lucky enough to know her, she will be someone you will never be able to forget. The family will receive friends at Coleman and Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E Main Street, Endicott, NY on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 from 10 to 12 with funeral services immediately following. |
