Geraldine was the daughter of Sue and Paul Yurchak; sister of Ron and Judy. As a young girl, Gerri loved going to the movies at the Palace Theatre on Saturdays with her sister and friends.
Gerri met her husband Bert in Greenwood, NS. They were married on November 23, 1968, in the Protestant Chapel at CFB Winnipeg. Their son Jonathan was born in 1974 in Halifax, NS.
The last posting for Gerri and Bert was to Winnipeg. They owned and operated the Argus Hobby Shop when their Air Force days ended.
To my family, friends and grandchildren, Joshua, Addison, Avery, and Jackson, when the sun shines again remember the good times, we had together.
As per Gerri’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and a private family gathering will be held at a later date.
