About	RICHARD WALTER PANSON With great sadness, we announce the peaceful passing of Richard Walter Panson on February 21, 2019. All that knew him, were touched by his kindness, modesty, selflessness, integrity and intellect. As a young man, Richard developed a passion for sport, that remained with him throughout his life. Whether it was losing his teeth while playing with the likes of Rocket Richard at a Canadiens' training camp, or taking in a game on TV, he simply could not get enough. Professionally, he earned a Bachelor of Science Pre-Medicine, a Bachelor of Arts, as well as a Bachelor's and Master’s of Social Work. He spent his career improving his community and specifically the lives of vulnerable children and families. Richard always thought of others before himself and modeled, to his family and community, a loving and caring selflessness based on a deep-seated belief in honesty and fairness. But, most of all, he was an unmatched husband, father and grandfather. He will be remembered by his wife Judith; his children, Jamie (Cathy) and Christian (Cindy), and his grandchildren, Brett, Dustyn, and Rhys. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 9, at 11:00 a.m. at Little Britain United Church, 5879 Highway 9, Lockport, Manitoba.
