About | TARAS (TERRY) KLOS It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Terry Klos whose life on this earth ended peacefully in his sleep on the morning of February 1, 2022, at the age of 77. Survived by his wife Stephie, son Chris (Melanie), grandchildren, Thorsten and Apollo, and brother Bob (Judy, Cody) Klos. He will also be missed by his extended family and many close friends. Terry loved cruising in his classic cars and always looked forward to hanging out at a Sunday night car show during the summers. He'd visit with friends, swap stories, and entertain the crowd with a light show and loud rock music coming from the trunk of his car. Most of the time, you'd probably hear a few tunes from his favourite band, the Rolling Stones. He saw them live many times. In fact, he went as far as Paris, France with his family to see a Rolling Stones concert. Whether it be by plane, train, or automobile, Terry really enjoyed travelling across North America with family and friends. But his favourite place to visit was Hawaii. He referred to it as heaven on earth. This is probably the reason almost every shirt in Terry's wardrobe was a Hawaiian-style shirt. This suited his personality to a tee; bright, colourful, and unique. In the last few years of his life, Terry found the most joy playing with his grandsons, Thorsten and Apollo. He cherished his time with them and couldn't wait until their next visit. He loved spoiling them, snuggling, and watching them learn new things. In accordance with Terry's wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. Interment will be at All Saints Cemetery at a future date. Terry lived life on his terms making every moment count.
