About	DAVID ROBERT WATCHMAN Peacefully on Monday, February 21, 2005 with his family at his side and after a lengthy illness, David Watchman passed away at the age of 56. David had been employed since 1980 with the City of Winnipeg in the Public Works Department, Engineering Section. He will be sadly missed by his best friend and wife of 35 years, Louise; daughters, Jacque and Alyson and grandchildren, Jeremy, Jordan, Jade and predeceased by grandson Lucas Alexander. He is survived by brothers, Jim (Lynn), Les (Joanne), Ian (Denise) and Rob (Susan); sister Jeanne (Michael) and their families. David was a beloved son-in-law to Charlie Marshall and will be dearly missed by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews. As well as his close friends, Phil and Harvey. David was happiest when surrounded by family. He adored spending time with his grandchildren and loved the outdoors, camping trips and fishing as well as earlier hobbies of woodworking and building projects. There aren't many of us he hasn't helped out with his expertise and fine craftsmanship. The family would like to thank Dr. Mohammed and Evita for their care and concern and also the staff at the St. Boniface Palliative Care Unit for their kindness during this difficult time. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations in David's memory may be made to the Manitoba Lung Association for C.O.P.D. research. Memorial service to be held on Saturday, February 26 at 1:00 p.m. at the Transcona Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day St., with Rev. Peter Cain officiating. T.T.Y.L.
