Graduation Year Class of 1966
Date of Passing Jul 20, 2006
About LINDA KONDRAT Mom has got her wings . We are sad to announce the passing of our beloved wife, mom, baba and friend Linda Kondrat on July 20, 2006. Left to treasure her beautiful memory are her devoted husband Bill, her daughter Evelyn (husband Garth) and her two wonderful sons Mark Roman. Also left to cherish her life, is her mother-in-law Mary Kondrat , her very special Aunt Sylvia and Uncle Tom, all of Bills brothers, sisters and their families; and many other Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Mom was born to Mike and Anne Kuzenko on December 29, 1948 in the town of Rossburn. She was an only child, but was blessed with having many friends. She met and married Bill Kondrat in 1969 and started their life together. Many things brought Mom delight. She loved to go fishing with Dad, she loved to watch her family gobble up all her fabulously made food, but the one thing that brought her the greatest joy was her precious grandchildren Caitlyn, Matthew, Jennifer and Marie. Not a day would go by that she did not mention how proud she was of her grand kids. We would like to give thanks to the emergency staff, GA4 and MICU at the Health Sciences Centre as well as Cancer Care Manitoba for making her stay with them as comfortable as possible. A special thanks to Dr. Kasper, Dr. Linda and all her friends and coworkers at HSC (admitting) where she would have celebrated her 25th anniversary this year. Viewing will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 27 at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook with the service to follow at 2:00 p.m. Bill, Evelyn, Garth, Mark and Roman invite you to stay for a reception in Linda's honor immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Weekend to End Breast Cancer 2007 www.endcancer.ca Dear Mom, We have always told you how much you were loved, now we will continue showing you by forever taking care of one another.
