About PETER G. NAGY April 15, 1948 March 1, 2018 Peter passed after a brave battle with lung cancer with loving family at his side; Peter's wife Wendy of 46 years, daughters, Emily (Sean Lenehan) grandson Everett, grandsons Bailey, Nikolas and Maxwell (Kevin Cremer); Meredith (Don Sookermany) granddaughter Amélie; Idajane, Lita, Raeanne and brother-in-law and wife Jack and Brenda Adams. Peter was predeceased by parents Frank and Maria Nagy and is survived by siblings Sandor, Joe, Judy, Frank and Michael. Peter enjoyed a diversified sales career and was proud of his last 15 years at Evolution Technologies. He was an avid golfer, loved the gym and a good game of pool and driving a fine car. He was most proud of the many friends he made along the way and the steady stream of those good friends who visited and called regularly throughout his illness. "I DID IT MY WAY." A memorial service will be held Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to CancerCare Manitoba or to the Selkirk Golf Course.
