Tony is survived by his father Mike Brelis; wife Barbara Ammeter; son Chris (Angela); daughter Johanne; granddaughter Hayden; two brothers and four sisters and a large extended family. Tony was predeceased by his mother Mary Brelis. In 41 years of service at Fort Garry Fire Trucks Rubber Division, he worked his way from labourer to Vice-President of the Rubber Division, creating a large amount of friends and clients over the years. In his leisure time he liked to play, watch and mentor in many sports. Curling in winter and golfing in summer. He was an avid baseball player is his early years and coached both baseball and football. He was hit by the travel bug by his loving wife Barb. They travelled to many parts of the world, from climbing to the highest points with the sky's the limit or floating on the ocean. He loved his adventures abroad. He especially enjoyed road trips coast to coast in his favourite country, Canada. Since the calling from their "happy place" at the cottage in Grindstone, Tony spent many happy days with family and friends. A few words to describe Tony: positive, loving, jolly, family man, generous, leader, determined, a hero.
