About	Sumintra “Sati” Satnaraine was a loving wife, mother, sister, cousin, niece, and friend. She left this world too suddenly on November 4, 2022 at age 56. She was born to Gouree (“Aunty Duxin”) and Rueben James on September 13, 1966 in Black Bush, Guyana, the second youngest of 12 siblings. Sati moved to Winnipeg at the age of 16 with her identical twin sister, Seeta. At 19, she moved to Toronto to begin her career at Coca Cola — a place she loved dearly, for over 37 years. She is survived by her husband, Richard, and two children: Raymond and Nadia. Her and Richard celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary this past September. Sati loved spending time with her family, seeing her friends, and going for walks with her grand-puppy, Loki. Those who knew her knew the positivity and happiness she constantly radiated.
