About | TARA ROBERTA ZALUSKI With deep sorrow we announce the sudden passing of our beloved daughter, and sister Tara Roberta Zaluski, age 21 years on November 5, 2000 at the Grace General Hospital. Tara was born in Winnipeg July 11, 1979. As a child she played baseball, soccer, bowling and piano. She attended Sisler High School and was in the Jazz and Classical Band and won a Gold Medal for the Jazz bands Performance. She took auto mechanics and was very proud of this achievement. After graduating from Sisler High School she attended Red River College and was embarking on a new career as a Web Page Programmer at Web Wizards. Tara loved classical music, reading, and was a season ticket holder at the Manitoba Theatre Centre. She had a great sense of humor, always willing to help her younger sister Lisa, and one of her favorite sayings was Laughter is the best medicine. She will be sadly missed by her parents Robert and Gail, sister Lisa, grandparents Alex and Alice Zaluski, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins ,her special friend Cory Graham and his family who became a special part of her life, and her many friends. Her beloved dogs Max Neeka and Ben will also miss her Donations in Taras memory may be made to the Childrens Wish Foundation, Manitoba Chapter,350 St Mary Avenue Wpg R3C 3J2 Cremation has taken place and there will be a Celebration of Taras life on Thursday, November 9th at 4:00 PM at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street at Luxton Avenue. Reception will follow the Service in the Rose Room at Cropo Chapel. Tara enjoyed the company of many friends. The following is from Taras friends. Tara had a contagious smile Which lingered all the while, She had nothing but kind words to say And shed put others before herself anyday. She always was an angel.
