About	CLIFFORD SAUNDERS The family of Stephen Clifford Saunders regrets to announce his death at age 70 on December 22, 2009. Cliff was born in Winnipeg, the son of the late Stephen and Maria Saunders. He proudly grew up in the North End of Winnipeg. After graduating from Sisler High, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to begin his own business in TV and Electronic Service. Later, he became a pioneer in the satellite TV industry. Cliff relished the quiet of many summers at the Bird Lake family cottage and was passionate about piloting his Cessna Sky Hawk. Cliff was survived by his wife, Lynn (nee Somerville) and four children; Lance (Jill) of Winnipeg, Blair (Jocelyn) of Delaware, D'Arcy of Vancouver, Kent (Kristen) of San Diego and five grandchildren; Dillon, Kyle, Paul, Brooke and Brett. Also survived by sisters Nancy Jenner of Winnipeg, and Grace Gregoire (Ray) of Ottawa as well as Auntie Josie Leclerc of Winnipeg and numerous nieces, nephew and cousins. A private family service will be held in Cliff's honour. Heartfelt thanks to Gloria Matskiw and many dedicated friends for their support at this difficult time.
