PAUL YATKOWSKI - Spartan to CFL
Class of 1988
Paul joined the Ottawa Rough Riders in 1994 , the team made him its first pick (3rd overall) in the CFL draft. He played four games as a Rookie and made 1 tackle. Yatkowski chose to stay at Tennessee in 1993 rather than sign with the Rough Riders. The native of Winnipeg has a bright future in the CFL. He played his High School for the Sisler Spartans and attended the University of Tennessee afterwards.
He played two seasons for Ottawa for a total of 22 games. He had 16 tackles and 1 sack and 2 fumble recoveries.
