Sisler Award Winners of Harry Hood Memorial Trophy
Class of 1963
HARRY HOOD MEMORIAL TROPHY
This trophy is awarded annually to the high school football player who exemplifies the standard in playing ability, school citizenship, fair play and scholastic standing.
The selection of the award winner is made by the special committee.
A scholarship of approximately $500.00 will be awarded to the trophy recipient upon registration at an educational institution of their choice next fall.
The first award winner from Sisler High School was in 1963 and there has been a total of 11 award inners from the school. Between 1970 - 1980 an eleven year span Sisler was dominant with 6 winners in those eleven years.
