About	Jonathon was a firm believer in a "sound mind in a healthy body" and played basketball with the Blue Devils (among other sporting activities). He also believed deeply in the life of the mind, sharing his interests in literature, the environment, and politics with his friends. He had a daughter who is a very gifted musician.
