Our sweet hearted son Joshua Anthony Holocker went home to be with our Lord on October 28, 2017 at the very young age of 24 yrs.

Joshua met with a tragic accident, he was ran over by a car that was driven by his long time friend who was on his way to pick Joshua up. Joshua was walking a little after dark on Old National Trails Hwy (Route 66) heading home in Newberry Springs when he left us.

Joshua was a Fearless young man, adventurous, Brave, and Strong, game for just about any kind of fun & Full of life. He was a big soft loving teddy bear on the inside, and a brave, strong, courageous soldier at heart on the outside.

Joshua loved the Lord.

He loved the outdoors and anything physical was a challenge and something to be Conquered. Joshua held the Moto of "No man left behind" and, I am pretty sure he ingrained in all of us "Pain is Just Weakness Leaving the Body".

Joshua was a lover & a fighter. He would go out of his way & do without to help someone in need or less fortunate than himself. He would give the shirt off his back, literally. Joshua had no problem standing up for what he believed in even when that meant he stood alone. If you needed help or someone who had your back, Josh was your man . His willingnes to help others was only overshadowed by his love for his daughter Odessa Faye Holocker.

Joshua had so many challenges in his life he had to overcome and challenges he battled with every day. He did his best to make the most out of his life and was very passionate about the people and things he loved. He was such a kind old soul and will be missed by all who knew & loved him. Joshua loved too much at times. He had old fashioned views on loyalty, faithfulness, and friendship.

Joshua is survived by his beautiful daughter, Odessa Faye Holocker, by his sister Tamara Jonnel, his 5 brothers Michael, Danniel, Matthew, Marc and Nicholas, his mother & father, Charyn & Anthony Holocker & 3 sweet little nieces Sabrah, Rain Storm, & Sahara. Joshua dearly loved his sister in law Brandy and would have done anything for her, His cousin Randy who he grew up with was just like a brother.

He was preceded in death by his sister Leigha Holocker - Cherry.
