About	He was the son of the late James and Janet (Campbell) Walters and a lifelong area resident. Brian retired as a Supreme Court Reporter for the State of New York in Buffalo after 30 years of service. He was an accomplished musician with the New Horizons Band, playing the harp and clarinet. Brian lived to help people from all walks of life. He could be counted on in any situation. His hobbies included raising canaries, traveling, especially to England, dancing and the out doors. Last, but not least, he loved his dogs. Survivors include his wife Kate A. A Collins of Silver Creek, two stepsons Thomas (Kelly) Graser of Hamburg, Matthew (Mary Beth) Graser of Buffalo, a stepdaughter, Julia (Charles) Domiano of Kenmore, two nieces, Kimberly (Thomas) Gipp of North Tonawanda, Karen (Dave) May of Winter Haven, FL, and a nephew, Gregory (Tina) Walters II of Georgia. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a daughter, Nicole Walters, and a brother Gregory Walters.
