Drafted into the Army in Sept. 1966. Basic & AIT at Fort Leonard Wood. Spent 13 months in Korea, returning to the states in April 1968. Spent last summer in the army at Selfridge Air Force Base in Mount Clemons, Michigan.

Our Silex High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done! Not everyone gets to come home for the holidays and we want our Silex High School Military to know that they are loved and appreciated.
