Harold was 62; he was a US Army veteran. He was a former member of the WV State Police and Director of Investigation and Control for the WV DMV. He moved to Florida and worked for the Collier County Sheriffs Office. He retired in 2004. He is survived by his wife Judy (Massey) and two daughters. Judy is also a 1963 classmate.
