About Me	After High School, I went to Lowell Tech for two years, then transferred to the University of Massachusetts to get a degree in Computer Systems Engineering. It was at UMASS that I met Karen Hawes who I was lucky enough to marry in 1981. I worked as a software engineer and manager in Willmington, Billerica, and Framingham. We were blessed with two children, Jason and Kristen. I attended Boston University at night for a Masters in Computer Science. We moved to Mobile Alabama for work and lived there for five years. Moved again to Rochester New York to work for Eastman Kodak for twelve years. Moved yet again to Gurnee IL to work on software solutions for the Transportation and Logistics Market. After retiring in 2022, we moved back to Massachusetts to be closer to family (we have a grandson!) I love traveling, birding (over 500 species seen), gardening, hiking, biking, and photography (hard not to after working for Eastman Kodak).
