About Me	Pursued a Computer Technology degree at IUPUI in Indy and graduated in Dec '94 while working. My first real job was with Navistar as an intern and then became full-time during my last semester of school. I worked as a Computer tech and eventually became a Network Admin. In '97, I married and two years later was divorced, thankfully no children were involved! In '99, I started working for Citizens Gas in Indpls and when I left there to become a stay-at-home Mom in 2004, I was an IT Manager of the Help Desk, computer support, Network and Operations groups. It was challenging but I loved it. I met and married my sweet husband, John, in 2001. We have been blessed with two children. Our son, Jake is 4 and our daughter, Taylor, is 2. They are such a joy! They sure keep me busy! We are very active in our church. I teach the kindergarten sunday school class, we attend classes regularly and are involved in a small group. I'm also active in our Fitness ministry at our church. I attend and help lead some of the classes which has been fun. I'm also involved with Indiana Hands & Voices which is a not-for-for profit organization that supports families with hard of hearing and deaf children. In 2005, I received my first cochlear implant which restored my hearing. I responded so well that I had the 2nd one implanted in 2007. My hearing had progressed to the degree that it was very difficult to communicate on the phone and with individuals I was not familiar with. I have been so Blessed to receive this technology.
