| About Me | I spent six months in Germany during my first round of college. I graduated from UWEC with a degree in German and marketing. Even before I graduated, I knew this wasn't the direction I wanted, but also didn't know what I wanted. I spent two years back in Sheboygan working at Kohler as a secretary. It took teaching Sunday School (which I was roped into) to discover my passion for teaching. I packed up and moved myself out to Colorado where I attended CU-Boulder to get my teaching certificate. Even after I finished my program, I knew I wouldn't be leaving Colorado anytime soon if I could help it. I took a few detours, as it is extremely hard to get an elementary teaching job along the Front Range. I started teaching at a local Sylvan Learning Center just under a year ago, and I absolutely love it.
