About	n Memoriam: Jeff Hutchison dies in crash Jeff Hutchison was killed when the plane he was flying crashed into Lake Erie late Monday evening (9/4/07). Jeff and his nine year old son died as a result of the crash. Jeff's seven year old son survived the crash and was rescued.
