It's about time, haven't we waited long enough. 50 yrs. is a very long time for some of us.
God willing, to help us make it that long until Aug.17, 2019. Bye the way, Aug. 17th was my wedding day back in 1970. God took my beloved Wife home to be with him in 2010. Her name was Kathy Sue Kelly from Memphis, Tenn. She also graduated that same year as we did back in 1969 from Bolton High School in Memphis, Tenn. We had one Daughter, Carolyn Ann and she lives in Dallas, TX and has one Daughter and one Son. I want to say Hi to all my fellow classmates of 1969, I look forward to make this reunion, it will be my first one. I will be there unless I have moved back to Texas to be with my Daughter and Grandchildren. I moved from Texas, to Spokane in 2010, after my Wife's Funeral, to be with my Mom before she passed away in 2010. My Dad passed away later in 2012. My Daughter kept on asking me when I was coming home back to Texas, which had been my home for close to 40 yrs. So I'm going home to be with Her and the rest of the Family. My Mom and Dad have gone to Heaven to be with God and I know this is what they would want me to do. Sincerely, James P Bird

It's official, the Shadle Park Class of 1969 50 year reunion is set. Save this date, August 17, 2019. We will get together at Mukagowa Ft. Wright. Commons Starting at 5:30 for the social hour, dinner from 7-9 and more socializing until we all fall asleep. Pass the word. We need updated information so please send current phone, email and snail mail information to Anita Koch (Wallace) at Sailar@AOL.com. Registrations will be sent out and made available online to print out in early 2019. A golf tournament on Saturday is in the works and a possible cruise on Coeur d'Alene lake.
