Merrill Slagg Spokane
Memorial service for Merrill Daniel Slagg, 39, will be at 11 a.m. today at Fowler United Methodist Church. The Cremation Society of Washington is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Slagg, who died Tuesday [7/23/96], was born in Spokane.
He graduated from Shadle Park High School and had worked at Pier 51 restaurant, the Main Sail restaurant and Sea Galley restaurant.
He graduated earlier this year from Eastern Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in business.
He is survived by his parents, Maynard and Bertha Slagg of Spokane; three sisters, Maureen Corser of Bridgeport, Mich., and Michele Fleck and Mary Picken, both of Spokane; and two brothers, Maynard “Chuck” Slagg of Kent, Wash., and Mark Slagg of Flint, Mich.
