James Taylor '76 said:

Mr. Morris hated our varsity morning tennis practices back in the winter of 1976. We were a tad irreverent being bookish jocks. He'd come into his gym office area staring at us as he walked along the gym wall pathway to his office. We were most all of us in Japanese samurai kimonos running lines in the gym for Mr. Page. He'd shake his head as he looked down to unlock the office door before entering. But we won that Spring and beat Ferris...which was rare back then. LOL.
