Lewis, Ms. Kathy Denise, age 42, of Birmingham, died Monday, July 7, 1997. She was a member of the Union Baptist Church, Homewood. Funeral services will be Saturday, July 12, 1997, at 11:00 a.m. at Smith and Gaston North Side Chapel with burial at Shadow Lawn Cemetery. Survivors include two daughters, Ms. Kamesha and Kesi Lewis, both of Birmingham, AL; one son, Shomari Lewis of Birmingham, AL, and a host of other relatives and friends.
