About Me	My story is blessed by God.... blessed to go to school at Valparaiso University in Indiana 1979-1980 blessed to finish school - Northern Arizona University - Flagstaff, AZ 1984 - early childhood education blessed to marry my college sweetheart, Tim in 1981 blessed with 2 children ... Jason in 1982 and Corinn in 1984 blessed to move to Blue Springs, MO (east side of Kansas City) for a year and then to Shawnee, KS (west side of Kansas City) for the next 34 years. Never thought I would live in the city suburbs, I do love small towns, but Kansas City has been the best!! blessed with 7 grands 4 girls and 3 boys (13 - 7 - 6 - 4 - 2 1/2 - 1 - newborn) and 2 teenage bonus step-grands blessed to teach Kindergarten age littles how much Jesus loves them NO MATTER WHAT (along with other things) for 32 years - most at Hope Lutheran School in Shawnee blessed that my husband has a successful small engineering firm, dealing mostly in Bio-med facilities and pharmaceutical plants blessed that my kids and most grands all live within 10 miles of me, are healthy and follow Jesus! blessed that my kids both have jobs they love ... Jason - electrical engineer and Corinn - school social worker/county mental health professional blessed with supportive families in Minnesota (the Urbachs) and Lake of the Ozarks, MO (the Alsins). My dad went to the seminary in the mid 80's and finished his working years as a pastor in KS and a pastoral assistant in MN after he retired. blessed to be a retired Lutheran school teacher that spends lots of time volunteering and substituting at my Lutheran school and taking care of/sharing life with grandkids blessed to be able to travel with my husband on his business trips and vacation blessed to have a small boat and spend time on local lakes blessed with the best friends ever blessed that I know and can share the love of an amazing God who is good at being GOD (since I am not) - who I can trust is always working amazing blessings for me especially in the hardest times when life isn't supposed to be this way (even when I don't (yet) see the good or understand why) - who I know is always fighting FOR me - who I know is always there for me even when I don't fell His presence - and who has the love and power to do amazingly more than I could ever imagine or ask to work things out for my good and His glory.
