We emigrated to the USA when I was 9 months old. I grew up in Michigan, and married Ted Schmid in 1976. We moved many times due to Ted's job, some of the places we lived were St. Thomas, USVI, Savannah, Georgia, and Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
