Favorite School Memory	I was a high school cheerleader my junior year during the time I lived with my grandparents Ernest & Beulah Hughes. It was great!
About Me	My former husband was in the U.S. Air Force, so we spent 20 years in the military and living in various states of the U.S. and in Turkey for two years. While supporting his career, I continued to pursue my education and became an elementary teacher. I taught for the Department of Defense Dependents' Schools in Incirlik, Turkey after graduating; then returned to Oklahoma where I began teaching in the Mid-Del School system. In 2006, I taught high school courses at Ripley High School before transitioning to the position of energy educator/manager at Oklahoma State University.
