About Me -"Wanting to be someone you're not is a waste of the person you are." About Me: I am a small town girl who moved to the big-city after college in 1998. Did some Rocking out in the music seen and followed the best band in the Northwest which is where I met my love. I worked in Corp business for 12 years. I had dreamed of working downtown in the big city in the tall buildings since I was a little girl. Did that now on to bigger and better things. I know own my own spa and work for myself and launching my own product line. I have a dog-named Sadie born March 1, 2000. She is a suborn little shit but I live her very much. I spend a lot of time with her. I lived with since 1999 to a cool ass rockstar;) & amazing person named Todd who helps me through bad times a I had two other roommates during that time Jerry & Keith which were the neatest humans I have ever came a crossed. They will forever be lifetime friends. -"My friend is one... who takes me for what I am." I am the eldest child & 2nd eldest grandchild in the Dawson family.(out of 14 kids). I grew up with My cousin Angie Murphy who now lived in Seattle & she has brought a Beautiful little girl into my life her daughter Hailey Marie. I am so very blessed to have such wonderful people in my life, my best friend Mollie and her two little girls that i adore. They put smiles on my face everyday. I am very close to my only sister Kaylee Marie, she is the best sister, friend, mother etc. I LIVE FOR HER! She is the wife to Josh and a mother to Zoey Rae & Ava Marie, my nieces, of whom I am a very proud. I have no kids but once upon a time I dreamed of having at least 3 kids by now. If I do not have a child within five years I will resolve to simply be the best Aunt I can. Family is so important to me. I am very close with one if my little cousins Jace who has my back no matter what. My parents are the best, they did a good job showing us what love is, we have a close relationships with, I feel so lucky to have them. - "Anything looked at closely becomes wonderful." I am outgoing and love the outdoors and being in the sun. I like to travel to sunny places at least three times a year. I think its important to get away & spend time with myself. I am the most open minded person you will ever know & I live life to the fullest. All through school and in college I played basketball. I then began coaching girls' basketball. I coached for 9 years at the position of head coach for the Queen Anne Community Center. I use to play on two softball teams all year around. I played with Goodwood for over a decade. I also play with a sober league that kicks butt with a group of wonderful people in the Spring to Summer. I got sober in February 2007 at Lake Side Milam. I had my battles, but learning from them. Take one day at a time & I live for today! -"With the gift of listening comes the gift of healing." I make it a point to be nice to everyone I meet. Sometimes it is hard for me to make up my mind. I have my own unique appeal and am creative, energetic & very social. I hate to be alone in a crowded place. I am peaceful and exceptionally generous. I am a big believer in Karma. I am very loving and have too big of a heart. I am flirtatious, a sometime procrastinator, very gullible. Where’s the party? Although most people see me as a slutty player, my friends know that I am really one of the most genuine & loyal people around. -"The brave only know how to forgive." Goals: Live for Today. Be happy! You get only one chance & one life. Rescue as many dogs as I can from those cold & lonely shelters. Advocate animal liberation to end the ever increasing & never-ending deluge of suffering. I want to try helping create fundamental changes. -”Don’t walk in front of me, I may not follow. Don’t walk behind me, I may not lead. Walk beside me & be my friend." Update on what I have learned about lately. Ferociously proud and somewhat vain, I like to be impressive & to be seen as Special. I am not timid, meek, or self-effacing, & is rarely content being in the background or in the subordinate position. I am a natural leader, & do not take orders from others very well. Whatever i do, i do it in a unique, dramatic, individual way. i like to put my own personal stamp on it. i also have a very strong sense of dignity, self-respect, & personal honor & i am deeply offended if someone treats me in a humiliating or dishonorable way. I will rarely confront the offender - cause i'm too proud to do so - but I will lose my respect for anyone that treats me that way at any degree. i dislike pettiness, selfishness, greediness, & to be ignored. I do admire others who are strong individuals. When i befriend someone, i am tremendously loyal, sincere, & willing to go to extraordinary lengths to make that them happy. i am giving & generous to everyone & anybody, but my gifts are never anonymous - I do expect recognition for them. to my close friends i have intense loyalty. I have a great heart. I always have my best face forward & rarely allow others to see my pain. But i also have a very strong need for love, admiration, appreciation, & praise, although i don't like others to realize just how important it is to me. I feel that if i do my best where i am, the rest of the world will take care of itself. i instinctively understand the need to accommodate other peoples' interests & desires, i am always fair & willing to meet 1/2way. Tactful, with considerable social awareness, i do all I can to avoid conflict. Getting along with others & pleasing them may be TOO important 2 me, i can be too dependent on others' approval & opinions to make my own decisions. I will rarely act without getting the counsel. I prefer sharing & doing things together rather than on my own. Being alone feels very unnatural to me & i believe to have more than one lover. I have always wanted to create my own family that spends all holidays together. Life is short once you...(read more)
