About Me	I was married for 30 years to a wonderful man, had 2 amazing daughters, taught Special Ed, owned a Montessori Preschool, moved to California to live in a yogic based intentional community for 8 years, got divorced, moved to the San Francisco bay area to study bodywork, movement therapy, body-oriented psychotherapy. Currently I am doing massage and teaching body-mind awareness skills to adults. I have developed a program to help women who have sleep problems.
