About Me	Hmmmmmm Chronologically most recent to past: Got my PhD, essentially by making a virus and testing it. It took a long time because (7 years) I bartended all the way through and also had a beautiful son named Ian Martin. I also have a side project at FT Gordon doing some pharmacological testing. Worked as a chemist in various settings (environmental, biomedical, military) for a couple of years before I started school at MCG. I got my BS in Biology and minor in Chemistry from Augusta State University ('98). College was an interesting time for me. While messiing around at ASU I bartended and waited tables and did some catering. Oh, and a couple of years in restaurant management. Before I fell in love with science I majored in just about everything. Right after high school graduation I joined the USArmy for 2 years active service, 6 years in the IRR.
