About	Steve spent his last years at the Port Washington Main Street Housing Unit for people requiring subsidized living. Formally it was the Main Street School. The facility was literally across the street from his long standing family home. He lost that home and his savings through medical and related costs. He had been unable to obtain insurance. He never reached 65 and Medicare. His treatment was outside the scope of Medicaid.
