| About Me | Retired in 2008 from Volkswagen of America after 29 years in Human Resources group. Currently work part-time as Human Resources Consultant, do Mystery Shopping & Hospital Volunteering. Hobbies include jogging (recently completed multiple marathons). Steve Stephens stephes1@yahoo.com 586-263-3388 Steve Stephens Brief Biography: Since January 2008 I have been doing Human Resources Consulting part-time after retiring from Volkswagen/Audi of America, Inc. with 37 years total Human Resources experience including 30 years in leadership roles. Since retiring I enjoy performing part-time human resources consulting, mystery shopping assignments, consumer research surveys, serve as hospital volunteer with patients and do ushering for musicals/operas. In 1971 attained a Masters Degree in Social Sciences, a 1969 Bachelors Degree in Economics from North Dakota State University & funded my education with an athletic scholarship as starter with the University's NCAA Division II National Championship football team & a NCAA Student Athlete Fellowship. With extra time available to train after retiring, I have run multiple full 26.2 mile marathons and continue to enjoy running, viewing movies & traveling.
