Rich " Red " Ramondelli Obituary

Red and I were not what you would consider to be friends. But , in a situation like this you tend to "bury the hatchet" I remember how athletic he was. He was the star quarterback in football, a great basketball player, A good baseball player, good wrestler. And who knows what else. He was one of the biggest guys in our class. I don't know his stats for sure, but I bet he was 6' maybe 6'1". And yes he had fire red hair. I did not know of his death until 2/4/2024 when I was searching classmates. We had a class that was the same guys for 3 years. We all got along, there were no problems between us. There were a few times in the spring or fall when the whole class dis not go into the classroom. Instead, we all went swimming in this hidden swimming hole in Peekskill. I have fond memories of teacher. Number one teacher was James Reilly, He resembled Burt Reynolds, for this reason we of course called him "Bert". He didn't mind. I know he passed a few years ago. Mr Sanborn, History. I'll just say this, he was an interesting person, No one skipped his class. God bless you "Red" !!
