About Me	I Graduated from SUNY Cobleskill in 1970 which was a wonderful experience and resulted in some lifelong friends. In fact, my roommate and her husband have since moved to NC and live just down the road. I worked for the telephone company as a toll operator and WT Grants as a bookkeeper before moving on to IBM. IBM resulted in a 30 year career and a transfer to Raleigh North Carolina in 1993. We are currently retired and live on the coast of North Carolina on a 275 acre lake, which we love. After retirement from IBM, I became city clerk in Boiling Spring Lakes which I left when my husband grew restless to hit the road. We've spent the last 3 years RVing the US and Canada, filling in the voids with cruises. Our travel passion is visiting our beautiful National Parks. John and I have been married for 23 years, both in our second marriages. We have 3 sons and 7 grandchildren between us. John, has two sons, both living in NY. John's oldest has give us 4 wonderful grandchildren, 3 boys and a girl. My son, Eric, lives in Raleigh and has 3 children - a boy and twin girls. Our grandchildren are our pride and joys as many of you, I'm sure, can relate to. It's hard to believe our boys are all in their 30's already. We will be making a move, in the near future (building starts in February 2009), to a wonderful new planned community just outside of Wilmington, NC.
