About Me	Don Eagleston is President/CEO of the Sunnyvale Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce and has over 40 years of experience in economic development and Chamber of Commerce management. Don was also the Chairperson for the San Mateo County Workforce Investment Board Development Committee and President of the San Mateo County Chamber of Commerce Alliance. He was the author and Managing Director of the Pacifica Hotel Business Improvement District and the Managing Director of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area Visitor Center. He is the only Chamber of Commerce Chief Executive Officer to be certified in Environmental Planning and Ecotourism. He has also completed his certification with the California Main Street Program through the National Foundation of Historic Preservation. Before his career as a Chamber of Commerce Executive, Don owned and operated Eagleston Agency a Silicon Valley high tech full-service advertising production and marking agency. Don is a graduate from Rochester Institute of Technology and has attended both UCLA and San Jose State University specializing in marketing, advertising, and business administration. He has received multiple awards for business management, community service, and consensus building skills, including the 2013 City of Sunnyvale’s Mayor’s Award of Excellence.
