Class of 1973
M.A. in Biological Sciences from San Jose State University in 1982.
B.A. in Biological Sciences from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
Finished 13th overall in 1982 at the Ironman Triathlon World Championships in Kona Hawaii.
Finished 12th overall in 1983 at the National Ironman Triathlon Championships in Santa Monica California.
Finished 5th place overall in 1983 at the World's Toughest Triathlon in South Lake Tahoe California.
Finished 1st overall in 1983 at the Santa Cruz Tinman Triathlon, the precursor to the Santa Cruz Sentinel Triathlon.
For the past 19 years, I have competed in age-group bicycle road races for Team Bicycle Trip here in Santa Cruz and for the past 13 years I have been the team captain.
I am owner and sole proprietor of The Traveling Trainer, a personal training business with a private studio in Aptos.
