About A truly wonderful specimen of rock solid humanity. Moved on from classroom teaching to Cal State Department of Health, Division of AIDS. Devoted most of her adult lifr to helping others in need. Her best SBHS friends were Rosie Thompson, Barbara Bennett, Ingrid Pranger, and Bob Gibson. She will be sorely missed

Add Kathryn (Bristow) Lee to the list of close friends above. As a genuinely righteous person, Carol bore mailice to none and was loved by all. She was a born "giver" from the jump and took very little from others. She is still missed by the many who were touched by her intelligent observations and gentle compassion for the unfortunate among us -- particularly the sick and homeless. This world is missing one fine being.
