A funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17, 2006, in Sandy Funeral Home for Lydia Yungeberg Ballantine, who died Feb. 14 of injuries suffered in an automobile accident at age 35.
Lydia Yungeberg was born March 12, 1970, in Portland and was raised in Boring. She graduated from Sandy High School and served in the Army. She was a waitress and lived in North Bend, Wash., since about 2001. In 1993, she married Marc; they divorced.
Survivors include her daughter, Abigail; son, Lance; father, Gerald Yungeberg; brothers, Christopher Jungeberg and Justin Yungeberg; and grandparents, George "Ralph" Houston and Carl Yungeberg.
