About Me | I am a teacher of the Hebraic Roots of Christianity. My wife, Bonnie, and I have been conducting a home cell group for the past four years. Check out my info page and notes to see more I’m a retired UPS driver for the past 13 years. Bonnie and I have been married for 50 years. We own our own home in a very nice neighborhood here in Sandusky. We are stay-at-home-people. We haven’t done a lot of traveling for a variety of reasons – some due to Bonnie’s health. We’re hoping for a near future change though. Our main interests are our home, family and relationship with our Lord God YHVH, and Savior Jesus Christ (Yeshua haMashiach). We are “Messianics” also known as the “Hebraic Roots Movement or Restoration Movement”. Our closest relationships are presently confined to our Lord and to our daughter Michelle and her husband Ed and their two children (our grandchildren) Stephanie and Elianna. And, of course, with the group that meets in our home each week. In these “Last Days”, as we watch the “World System” beginning to crumble around us, it’s hard to focus on little else then these things I just mentioned. Many would brand us as religious fanatics or fatalists. We’re not fatalist, we’re realists, and anything else would to be in a state of denial. We look around us and see Biblical prophecy being fulfilled almost on a daily bases. But most people can’t see it because they don’t know what the Scriptures teach about Biblical prophecy. On the most part, people equate the Scriptures with just moral stories to live by. Some are looking for the rapture bus out’ a here. So, instead they are preoccupied with things: travel – hobbies – sports – temporary relationships; “as in the days of Noah”. Others think that just being born-again and filled with the Holy Spirit is all they need. That’s only two-thirds of it. There’s one more step to complete the commitment – the “Restoration” and then comes the “Return”. Bonnie and I are hoping to build permanent relationships with like minded and spirited people. Most people shy away from that kind of relationship. It requires dedication, transparency, commitment and discipline. These attributes are difficult to cultivate in relationships - too much sacrifice. But these are what it will take to survive what lies ahead. Bonnie and I have a start up home group of 15people where I teach about the “Hebrew Roots of Christianity” also known as the “Jewish Roots of Christianity". We see it as the "Restoration Movement". Right now we meet every Saturday evening at 7:00 PM. According to the Bible, God’s people became divided into two separate families, or two houses. The Bible refers to them as the “House of Judah and the House of Israel/Ephraim/Joseph (the House of Israel was called by all three names)”. If anyone cares to join us in these teachings you can call me for mor...(read more) |
