Class of 1984
PURCHASE, N.Y. (June 28, 2011) – Pepsi-Cola North American Beverages (PCNAB) foodservice area sales manager James Keys, based in Dayton, Ohio, was honored as one of PepsiCo’s top sales performers worldwide with his induction into the PepsiCo President’s Ring of Honor. Keys, who has been with the company since 1999, is among the less than one quarter of 1 percent of PepsiCo’s global sales force who wins this honor each year. PepsiCo Chairman and CEO Indra Nooyi hosted the 13th Annual President’s Ring of Honor induction ceremony on June 9 at PepsiCo headquarters in Purchase, N.Y. Keys is a 1984 graduate of Sandusky High School and went on to earn his B.S. in Marketing from the University of Dayton and his MSA from Central Michigan University.
“James is, quite simply, incredibly dedicated to his customers, working tirelessly to help our bottlers grow their businesses,” said Paul Neari, director of franchise development for PCNAB’s Central Division. “His kind of dedication is one of the reasons PepsiCo is a world-class leader in customer service. I’m glad James’ brand of pride and passion is recognized by the sales force’s highest award – the President’s Ring of Honor,” Neari added.
Nominations for the President’s Ring of Honor are based on sales performance, outstanding customer service and exceptional leadership. PepsiCo is committed to recognizing and championing the achievements of its greatest assets – its employees. Talent sustainability is a core PepsiCo value and a key to Performance with Purpose.
